Welcome to Blanc Health ("Blanc Health," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online booking platform, products, services, memberships, promotions, and any interactions with Blanc Health.

By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products or services, or otherwise engaging with Blanc Health, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority under applicable law, to independently receive medical services or enter into agreements with Blanc Health unless otherwise permitted by law and accompanied by an appropriate parent or legal guardian.

Certain treatments may require additional eligibility requirements, medical screening, or clearance from a licensed healthcare provider before services may be provided.

Blanc Health reserves the right to refuse service where legally permitted, including when treatment is determined to be medically inappropriate or where client conduct compromises the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of staff or other guests.

2. Medical Services Disclaimer

Blanc Health provides both aesthetic wellness services and medical aesthetic treatments.

Certain treatments, including but not limited to injectable treatments, laser procedures, microneedling, PRP, PRF, IV therapy, prescription skincare, and other medical services, are performed only following an appropriate medical evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider when required under applicable law.

Information provided on this website is intended solely for general educational and informational purposes. Nothing contained on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or as creating a physician patient relationship.

Treatment recommendations can only be made following an individualized consultation with an appropriately licensed provider.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Every individual responds differently to aesthetic and medical treatments.

While many clients experience meaningful improvement, Blanc Health makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes, duration of results, or satisfaction with any treatment or product.

Statements regarding expected benefits represent general observations and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.

Photographs, testimonials, before and after images, and patient experiences presented by Blanc Health are illustrative examples only. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including anatomy, medical history, age, genetics, lifestyle, compliance with aftercare instructions, and other variables beyond our control.

4. Medical Evaluation and Right to Decline Treatment

The safety of our clients is our highest priority.

All treatments remain subject to ongoing medical assessment.

Blanc Health, its affiliated licensed providers, and treating clinicians reserve the right to postpone, modify, discontinue, or decline any treatment if, in their professional judgment, doing so is medically appropriate or necessary for client safety.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding where treatment may not be appropriate

• Active infections

• Open wounds

• Certain medications

• Allergic reactions

• Undisclosed medical conditions

• Contraindications identified during consultation

• Unsafe expectations or treatment goals

• Suspected impairment due to alcohol or drugs

• Failure to follow pre treatment instructions

A refusal or discontinuation of treatment shall not be interpreted as discrimination, negligence, or breach of contract.

5. Accuracy of Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, and current medical information before receiving treatment.

This includes disclosure of:

• Medical conditions

• Allergies

• Medications

• Supplements

• Pregnancy status

• Previous cosmetic procedures

• Previous adverse reactions

• Recent surgeries

• Skin conditions

• Any other information reasonably requested by Blanc Health or its medical providers.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of complications and may affect treatment outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blanc Health shall not be responsible for adverse outcomes arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by a client.

6. Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by telephone, by email, by text, or in person.

Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by Blanc Health.

Appointment availability remains subject to provider schedules, equipment availability, medical suitability, staffing considerations, and operational requirements.

Blanc Health reserves the right to reschedule appointments when reasonably necessary due to provider availability, equipment maintenance, medical considerations, weather events, emergencies, or other operational circumstances.

Whenever reasonably possible, clients will be notified promptly regarding any scheduling changes.

7. Arrival Policy

Clients are encouraged to arrive approximately fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check in, completion of required forms, medical review where applicable, and preparation for treatment.

Late arrival may reduce available treatment time in order to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.

Depending upon provider availability, significantly late arrivals may require rescheduling.

Blanc Health reserves the right to determine whether a shortened appointment remains clinically appropriate.

8. Cancellation & Late Cancellation Policy

To provide the highest level of service to all clients, Blanc Health respectfully requests advance notice for appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least twelve (12) hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than twelve (12) hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, deposit forfeiture, or other applicable charges as permitted by law.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment or deposits for future bookings, or may result in limitations on future scheduling privileges.

Blanc Health reserves the right to determine whether exceptional circumstances warrant a waiver of cancellation fees at its sole discretion.

9. No Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required notice may be considered a "No Show."

No Show appointments may result in:

• Loss of any applicable deposit;

• Applicable cancellation fees;

• Requirement for full or partial prepayment for future appointments;

• Restriction or suspension of online booking privileges.

Repeated No Show appointments may result in Blanc Health declining future appointment requests where permitted by applicable law.

10. Deposits

Certain services, packages, memberships, promotional events, group bookings, or high demand appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

Required deposits will be communicated before appointment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are applied toward the cost of the scheduled service.

Deposits may become non refundable if an appointment is cancelled outside the permitted cancellation window, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Blanc Health reserves the right to modify deposit requirements at any time.

11. Fees & Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Blanc Health accepts payment methods made available at the time of purchase.

Pricing displayed on the website, booking platform, promotional materials, or social media is subject to change without prior notice.

Taxes will be applied where required by applicable law.

Quotes, treatment plans, and estimated pricing are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement until services are rendered.

Blanc Health reserves the right to correct pricing errors, administrative errors, or technical errors at any time.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of aesthetic and medical services, fees for services that have already been performed are generally non refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Treatment outcomes vary among individuals and dissatisfaction with aesthetic results alone does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

If concerns arise regarding a treatment, Blanc Health encourages clients to contact us promptly so that an appropriate clinical assessment may be performed and reasonable corrective options may be discussed where medically appropriate.

Unused prepaid services, packages, deposits, memberships, retail products, and gift cards remain subject to their respective terms and any applicable law.

Nothing contained herein limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Blanc Health directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute with a financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback after services have been fully rendered, without a good faith basis, may constitute a breach of these Terms.

Where permitted by law, Blanc Health reserves all available legal and equitable remedies to recover unpaid balances, administrative costs, collection expenses, attorneys' fees where recoverable, and other amounts permitted under applicable law.

Submission of medical photographs, signed consent forms, treatment records, appointment confirmations, communications, and other business records may be used to respond to payment disputes.

14. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Blanc Health may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, seasonal campaigns, referral incentives, promotional codes, or limited time discounts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions may not be combined with other offers.

• Promotions have no cash value.

• Promotions are non transferable.

• Promotions may not be applied retroactively.

• Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.

• Promotional codes must be presented or applied before checkout where applicable.

Blanc Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, provided such changes shall not affect transactions already completed unless otherwise permitted by law.

15. Gift Cards

Gift cards issued by Blanc Health may be redeemed only toward eligible products and services offered by Blanc Health unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards:

• are non refundable except where required by law;

• are not redeemable for cash except where required by law;

• may not be resold without Blanc Health's written permission;

• may not be replaced if lost, stolen, altered, or used without authorization, except where required by law.

Blanc Health reserves the right to refuse redemption of any gift card reasonably believed to have been obtained through fraud, unauthorized activity, or other unlawful means.

16. Memberships

Membership benefits, pricing, credits, discounts, and included services are subject to the specific membership terms in effect at the time of enrollment.

Unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Memberships are non transferable.

• Membership benefits have no cash value.

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

• Membership pricing and benefits may be updated prospectively upon reasonable notice where permitted by law.

• Memberships may not be used for commercial resale or third party reimbursement.

Unused membership credits, if applicable, remain subject to the separate Membership Terms published by Blanc Health.

17. Packages & Treatment Plans

Prepaid packages and treatment plans are designed to provide a structured course of aesthetic care.

Treatment plans are individualized and may be modified by your treating provider based on your response to treatment, safety considerations, or evolving clinical needs.

Unused treatments may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Package pricing is offered as a bundled benefit and individual unused treatments may not be revalued outside the package pricing structure.

18. Retail Products

Retail products purchased from Blanc Health should be used strictly in accordance with manufacturer instructions and any guidance provided by your healthcare provider.

Results from skincare products vary between individuals.

For health and safety reasons, opened, used, damaged, or altered products generally cannot be returned unless required by applicable law or determined by Blanc Health to be defective.

Clients experiencing unexpected skin reactions should discontinue use immediately and contact Blanc Health or an appropriate healthcare provider.

19. Photography, Video & Social Media

Blanc Health may request permission to photograph or record treatment outcomes for medical documentation, education, quality assurance, or marketing purposes.

No identifiable photographs or videos will be used for advertising or promotional purposes without the client's separate written authorization.

Clients may photograph or record their own experience provided such activity does not interfere with treatment, compromise safety, violate the privacy of other clients, or disrupt normal business operations.

Unauthorized commercial use of Blanc Health's name, logo, trademarks, photographs, videos, or other intellectual property is prohibited.

20. Post Treatment Responsibilities

Successful treatment outcomes depend upon many factors, including adherence to post treatment instructions.

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Blanc Health and their treating provider.

Failure to comply with recommended aftercare, medications, activity restrictions, follow up appointments, or other instructions may increase the risk of complications and may affect treatment outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blanc Health shall not be responsible for outcomes resulting from a client's failure to follow post treatment instructions.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blanc Health, its affiliated entities, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, medical providers, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blanc Health, its affiliated entities, officers, employees, contractors, healthcare providers, successors, and assigns from and against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

• your violation of these Terms;

• your misuse of our website or services;

• inaccurate or incomplete medical disclosures;

• your negligent or unlawful conduct; or

• your violation of the rights of another person or entity.

23. Intellectual Property

All content available through Blanc Health, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, treatment descriptions, logos, trademarks, service marks, videos, website design, software, and other materials, is owned by Blanc Health or used under appropriate license and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, displayed, transmitted, or otherwise used without Blanc Health's prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

24. Website Availability

Blanc Health does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its website or online booking platform.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, internet service interruptions, cybersecurity incidents, third party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Blanc Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website or online services without prior notice.

25. Force Majeure

Blanc Health shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, utility failures, internet outages, equipment failures, supply chain disruptions, or other events commonly recognized as force majeure.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

28. Changes to These Terms

Blanc Health reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective upon posting to our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of Blanc Health's website or services following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
